1) Definitions
“Agency”, “we”, “us” means VIP Models Dubai. “Client”, “you” means the party requesting services. “Talent” means models/hosts/ambassadors provided by us. “Services” means booking, coordination and related activities.
2) Scope and acceptance
By using this site or confirming a booking, you accept these Terms and any quote, booking confirmation, call sheet, and policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
3) Quotes, rates and usage
- Pricing tiers typically start from 1500 AED and vary by seniority, hours, role complexity, wardrobe, travel, and usage.
- Event/on-site work is time-based. Photo/video may require usage or buyouts for distribution (e.g., paid social, OOH, broadcast, territories/duration).
- Quotes itemize subtotal, service fee (usually 8%) and applicable VAT (usually 5%) unless otherwise stated.
4) Bookings, options and confirmations
- Options are non-binding holds subject to release without notice.
- A booking is confirmed when the Client approves the quote/terms in writing and completes required prepayment.
- For new clients, a 50% prepayment is typically required to secure confirmations.
5) Payments and invoicing
- Invoices are due per the payment schedule stated on the quote/confirmation.
- Late payments may incur interest or administrative fees and may suspend services.
- Currency is AED unless otherwise stated. Bank/processing fees are borne by the remitter.
6) Cancellations, rescheduling and overtime
- Cancellation terms are described in our Refund Policy. Retainers/prepayments may be non-refundable.
- Reasonable rescheduling is accommodated subject to Talent availability and venue rules; rate adjustments may apply.
- Overtime is billed in defined increments after the contracted window and is subject to Talent consent and local regulations.
7) Client obligations (on-site conduct)
- Provide accurate briefs, schedules, venue access, and lawful working conditions.
- Ensure adequate breaks, water/meals for longer shifts, and safe facilities.
- No activity that is illegal, unsafe, discriminatory, or harmful to Talent or brand reputation.
8) Content, usage rights and IP
- Usage beyond on-site/editorial requires explicit buyouts defining media, territories and duration.
- Unless agreed, no right is granted to use Talent name/likeness in paid advertising, broadcast, OOH or endorsements.
- Client warrants that all creative assets, logos and materials supplied do not infringe third-party rights.
9) Confidentiality and publicity
- Each party shall keep confidential non-public information, including briefs, rates, and guest lists.
- We are NDA-ready and can align on embargoes and no-social policies where required.
10) Data protection
We process personal data as a controller in line with our Privacy Policy. Client will provide only necessary data and ensure lawful sharing for venue access and coordination.
11) Warranties and disclaimers
- Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. Except as stated, we disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Schedules and availability may change due to factors beyond reasonable control; we will propose commercially reasonable alternatives.
12) Liability
- Neither party excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- Subject to the foregoing, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the Client for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., loss of profits, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings).
13) Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, venue closures, public authority acts, transport failures). Parties will cooperate to mitigate and re-plan where feasible.
14) Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to amicable resolution or agreed arbitration.
15) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. For active bookings, the signed confirmation prevails over later general updates.
